Build AI That Works in the Real World
We're looking for people who want to write code that matters. Not theory — actual systems that companies use every day. If you're curious about machine learning and want to grow alongside a team that values clarity over complexity, read on.
Hands-On from Day One
You won't spend months in onboarding. We pair you with experienced developers who actually want to teach. By week two, you're contributing to codebases that go into production.
Real Problems, Not Toy Datasets
Our projects involve messy data, ambiguous requirements, and clients who need solutions yesterday. It's challenging work, but you'll learn faster than anywhere else.
Learning That's Actually Useful
Weekly tech talks led by team members. Monthly workshops on everything from transformer architectures to deployment strategies. And a budget for courses or conferences that interest you.
Growth Without the Corporate BS
Clear paths for advancement based on what you can do, not how well you navigate office politics. We promote people when they're ready, not when a position opens up.

What We're Looking For Right Now
AI Systems Engineer
Work with production AI systems and help shape intelligent applications that matter. You'll write Python code, optimize models, and collaborate with teams building real products.
Start date: September 2025 or later
Machine Learning Developer
Build and deploy models that solve actual business problems. Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow helps, but curiosity and problem-solving matter more.
Start date: August 2025 or later
Research Engineer
Bridge the gap between academic papers and production code. You'll experiment with new approaches while keeping an eye on what actually scales.
Start date: October 2025 or later
Meet Some of the Team
We're a small group — everyone here writes code, reviews pull requests, and takes turns explaining why the CI pipeline broke. Again.

Oskar Lindström
Senior AI Developer
"I joined because the technical challenges were interesting. I stayed because the people actually care about doing good work."

Siobhan Gallagher
ML Research Engineer
"Best part? Nobody pretends to know everything. We figure things out together, and that makes the tough problems a lot more manageable."
Think You'd Fit In?
Send us your resume and a note about what kind of work excites you. We read every application ourselves — no automated filters or keyword scanning. If you've built something interesting, link to it. GitHub repos tell us more than polished cover letters.
